Setting the pace
Got a revelation just now when I was walking back to office with my colleagues from lunch. All 3 of us were walking together and unknowingly our pace was slower than usual. So I observed the person walking in front of us and i realised that it's a middle aged uncle.
Revelation: The leader of any organisation must have a clear vision, set the pace and be the pacesetter; failing which to do so will in turn generate unrest, frustration and discontent among the company.
Sometimes when we are willing to slow down in life and take a look around our surroundings, we might just be able to compile a book of encouraging revelations!
