Mad Rush
today's been such as mad rush for me ever since i set foot into my school at 9.15am in the morning.. had to round up my students' preparations for the panasonic kwn competition ( 3 gps in total; 1 already settled so i have 2 groups left) and guess what? when you are in a rush for time, everything juz seems to go wrong..the pc will hang up on u for no reason..people get distracted and files got lost..yup..everything that supposed to went wrong indeed went wrong from 9.30-2pm just now..
for myself, i caught a flu last night after running 5km and my nose started its own version of sneeze-a-jog today so till now, its still trying to regain its 'momentum' if you know what am i talking about?..so i didn't really had a chance to sit down and properly plan what i wanted to do!..so finally after all the mad rushing here and there, the tapes were finally sent out at 3pm...
just want to thank God for His strength today because i know hat w/o Him, i couldn't have made it through the 5 hours of rushing here and there!..haha..and also want to thank Him for the good stamina that He has placed inside of me that even though i have not been running consistently, i managed to shave 5 seconds off my previous timing for 5km..18.52 minutes in total!..praise God that He is always here for me!..
well, this week is going to be hectic..have a test coming up on friday but have to attend s1 because i will most prob be going into msia with my parents and family..haha..haven't really prepared for it though..haha..got to find back my momentum somehow!...
right now juz got back for lunch..spent a few moments stoning and for the 1st time today, i could listen to my heartbeat clearly with each passing second...haha..
