Emerge 05 (Part 1)

We all need to deal with three realms; the past, the present and the future.We can't escape the past by trying to live in the future. We need to deal with the past first, then the present, then the future.Unresolved offences, unconfessed sins, unpaid bills, unsaid apologies and unwritten letters will torpedo both our present and future.Then we need to secure our present. Create patterns and systems to live by, organise work and play - establish priorities and commitments.Our foundation is solid.Now our dreams, prayers and plans are on a solid foundation for the future.

the past 2 nights had been phenomenal...the first night was when pst preached about a man after God's own heart and tonight he preached about the importance of grabbing the Kairos time and bringing the empty vessels into God's house. While i am not going to repeat the entire sermon, juz want to share a few revelations i got from the past 2 nights;
1) I realised that I've been more of a Reubenite and Dan tribe that anyone else when it comes to serving in cell group and ministry. Always talk a lot, do little. Suggest plentiful, implement handful. Struck me as pastor was preaching earlier and it just further confirms what i want to do from now on, to serve God with all my heart and my soul!
Promise Less, Deliver More!
2) I realised that I've been too wrapped up in work, school assignments and many other things that sometimes I have only managed to pray once a day or at most twice and everytime its always instant prayer "God, i want this, that, this, those, that..and bless me in this, that, those..ok, tks God..Bye!"
Communication with God will be the top of my priority list from now on!
I can't wait for tom nite's finale!...can't wait to get into the presence of God again..
