Conference with Pst Phil Pringle
Last night was yet another awesome night of ministering and immersion in His presence and annoiting, the subject touched on for the 3 nights was one of developing the leader and God-given abilities in you. Yes, you.
Night 1
It doesn't matter where you are, what circumstance you are in now. What matters is what you choose to do. There are always 2 choices we can make, one requries effort, the other doesn't. Faith requires you to believe and trust Him for all; fear requires you to do none. Which one do you choose? Are you willing to enter into the cloud and meet God face to face?...to have our destinies written on our spirits?..or are you just content being the average joe or mary on the street?.
God is looking for a person who is willing to avail themselves, not a person who has immense abilities. More often that not, God rises up people who seem so insignificant in the eyes of the world, but their faith and heart after God's own heart made them significant in His eyes. And thats what really matters right?
Ez 1:5-6; There are 4 faces that we should carry daily; to work, school; at home; with friends. This is the part that impacted me the most personally. Why?
Face no 1: Human. We must be able to look and face the world with a humane face; face that expresses compassion, face that is able to share joy and pain.
Face no 2: Lion. We must be able to take charge in certain situations to rule and reign with Christ.
Face no 3: Oxen. We must be able to humble ourselves and serve. Doesn't matter what ministry you join, follow ur calling and serve. Those who seek to serve shall be first and those who seek to be served shall be last. Go ponder.
Face no 4: Eagle. We must be able to maintain our spiritual life, our walk with God, embracing the vision that our leaders have for the church. We must never look down, because when u look down, the only way is DOWN.
Leadership is a person with a vision. Management is taking an order with eyes closed. Where do you belong today?
Night 2
Can you remain in faith when everything else is going wrong in ur life? Will you give up and throw in the towel? I find myself doing that sometimes. Thank God for His never ending grace and a chance to live again. Are you able to rule your emotions and feelings? or allow them to rule you?
It takes effort to grow good trees that bear fruits; no effort is needed for weeds.
Are we able to accept responsibility when time calls you to? Acceptance of responsibility = Gaining authority over the situation. Are we able to identify divine connections? 10% of our destiny is in us..90% of it is in the people we mixed with. No wonder some people make it in life. Some don't.
Are we willing to FORGIVE and forget?..Let go and Let God. Yes, even when the person has backstabbed you, slapped you, cursed at you left, right, center?..Can you?
Injustice breeds eye level resentment
Unresolved offences breed disloyalty
Are you always with people who are low in their spiritual tank?..Always complaining of the church..always talking bout ALL the things that they want but not even willing to do something to help?..
People who DEMAND THE MOST give the least. People who demand the least GIVE THE MOST.
Are you willing to make room in your temple and altar to worship God? God longs to fellowship with you. Picture this, God is sitting in the heaven cafe, waiting for you to come everyday and He waits and waits. Day turns into night and night rises into day. He keeps waiting....
i am really amazed at how pst phil preached last night..its really REVELATIONS ON REVELATIONS!.. waves and waves of annoiting and wisdom just flowed through the room...people are touched, changed and will never be the same again.
Personally, i've been blessed. What about you my friend?
